Bohemian Abaya Set - Light Sage

Great quality but runs long. I wish the length of each size was included in the description because returning things with Zahraa the Label is such a hassle. If their sizing charts were more transparent, this would be great.

I signed up for the drop to preorder this and was tracking it since Feb 14th. Recently I was married and moved into and apartment. So when I filled in my address I thought I added the apt number but it didn’t show on the receipt. So when it was delivered to me it was immediately returned. I reached out via email and when I didn’t get a response after 2 days I reached out via dm. After 3 days I got a response saying reach out to USPS, per our contract we can’t do anything. So I call USPS and they say “I’m sorry you took over 3 days to respond, we shipped it back.” So now I have no abaya for Eid. I am still going back and forth with whoever is responding on their IG page. And all they give me are automated responses. I have yet to receive my refund which is minus the shipping. And it’s been over a month since then. I’ve never been so disappointed over an order. I was so excited to support Zahraa with this drop because I always try to; but this has made me seriously reconsider ordering again. I didn’t want to leave this review but this needs to be said. Because I still get emails for this saying “Make a review” “we took your points back” but they refuse to say if my order was received by the company. :(

Look is stunning. The abaya and the colour is so so beautiful. It’s make you look like a butterfly. The quality of the abaya is also good. One thing I didn’t like about the look is the ZAHRAA label on the outer piece. The black side of the tag is on the outer side and the outer piece is sheer so there is a black square on the black that doesn’t look nice. Maybe if the white side was to the outer side, it would have been better. You kinda have to find a way to cover. HOWEVER, shipping to Canada is terrible. If you live in the USA, this abaya costs you $170, but if you are in Canada, it’s CAD $240 + $33 shipping + $91 import fees. As soon as I got the tracking number, I called UPS to self clear my package and they just kept playing around to force me to pay their brokerage fees. They promised to send me the documents in 24 hours. I received them 1 week later. And even after I received them and self-cleared my package (paid import fees directly to CBSA), the driver refused to give my package until I pay them the $91. Basically he said that I am a lier. It drained my energy to have it reach me hands. So if you live in CANADA, you should consider all this hustle. I don’t think it’s worth going through all of that. Also, promo code doesn’t work on sale items and it doesn’t mention that in the promo code email which I had to wait for the customer service to get back to me and by the time they got back to me, my size was sold out in the colour that I really wanted so I had to choose…

The design is stunning but not sure why the arms were tight. Other than that, amazing, stunning design. Wish there were better quality fabrics used, considering the price
