The more points you collect, the higher your tier and the more benefits you'll unlock. Signing up is free- join our program today!

HOW DO I VIEW MY POINTS BALANCE?

Your points balance and current tier is shown at the top of your account page when you are logged in.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF POINTS I CAN EARN?

There’s no limit to how many points you can earn with us but please make sure to spend these points as they will expire after 1 year.

I'VE REDEEMED MY POINTS BUT FORGOTTEN MY CODE.

Simply head to your account section and click "Redeem My Points" and copy & paste your code at checkout.', you'll be able to click on your last redemption and view your code.

WHAT DO THE 'APPROVED', 'PENDING' AND 'CANCELED' STATUSES MEAN?

Approved: These points can be redeemed immediately. Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. Please note that this may take up to 14 days to be approved. Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account, and they will change from ‘pending’ to ‘cancelled’ if a purchase is cancelled.

WHY HAS MY ACCOUNT BALANCE GONE DOWN?

This could be because your order has been canceled or returned by either you or a friend you’ve referred.

WHY AREN’T MY POINTS WORKING DURING CHECKOUT?

Points are only applied on regular priced items and not during sale items. If you are purchasing during a sale , you are not eligible to apply points to your order at checkout.
